YARD Financial provides software tools and educational material for general information only. Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, nor a personal recommendation, offer, or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
YARD Financial is a set of tools made available by YARD Law Co. It is not an authorised or regulated investment firm, broker, or financial adviser, and it does not provide regulated investment services or investment advice within the meaning of applicable European Union (MiFID II) or Bulgarian financial-services law. No advisory or client relationship arises from your use of the tools.
All outputs — including option prices, Greeks, implied volatilities, scanner verdicts, backtests, payoff diagrams, and charts — are illustrative. They are produced by simplified models using default or user-supplied assumptions and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Do not rely on them; verify independently and consult an appropriately licensed professional before making any financial decision.

Any scanner output, signal, or “verdict” is the result of a fixed, rules-based calculation shown for educational illustration. It is not a recommendation, and not a prediction, to buy, sell, or hold any instrument.
Some tools use market data supplied by third parties (for example, public exchange endpoints). YARD Financial does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of third-party data, which may be delayed or incorrect.
